Pictured here is our stateroom, #5008, which was located on the aft-port side of the ship. After we pushed the two beds together, Rolando, our cabin steward, used queen-size linens to make our bed look and function as a queen-size bed. Our stateroom was approximately the same size as our stateroom aboard Voyager.

I put the camera in our stateroom’s porthole to take this photo of one side of our room. The small television had convenient AV inputs on its front that made it easy for Becky and me to view the photos we took during the day.

Here again are two photos that have been stitched together. These photos show the our lavatory. So far, Carnival’s Paradise has offered us the most room in the shower—and by a wide margin. Paradise’s lavatory was approximately twice as large as either Voyager’s or the Sun’s.

Here’s Becky with funny man Cris Clobber. I believe Clobber was the only comedian sailing with us. He was a riot and was involved with several of the entertainment events during our cruise. We hope Clobber comes to the Punchline or Funny Farm, which are comedy clubs near our home.
