Four Seasons Restaurant

Pictured here is the elegant Four Seasons restaurant, which Becky and I enjoyed several times. We enjoyed dining with a St Augustine, Florida, attorney and his family. This was one of the main dining rooms that didn’t carry a surcharge.

Ship Docked In Cozumel

In this photo of the Sun docked in Cozumel, you get an idea of just how huge she really is, and keep in mind that she’s only about half the size of Royal Caribbean’s Voyager Of The Seas.

The Freestyle Cruising logo on the side of the Sun refers to Norwegian’s dining and entertainment program in which guests may decide when and where they dine and enjoy entertainment. Most, if not all, of the other cruise lines put guests on a fairly rigid schedule for nightly dining and entertainment. Becky didn’t like Freestyle Cruising. I loved it. Who wants to keep a schedule on a cruise ship?

How’s this for a postcard-perfect shot? When walking to Cozumel’s shops from the ship, tourists have no choice but to ascend some escalators and walk through a gift shop. This is the only route to Cozumel’s hundreds of shops, at least by foot. I took this photo upon exiting the gift shop.

I captured this image of the Sun under overcast skies from a pier in Roatan. Here you see two tenders transporting the Sun’s guests from ship to shore.
